Your approach to health and fitness has freed me up to enjoy life and eating. It's opened up my mind to being able to eat whatever within reason and still work toward a trimmer, fitter me without almost complete deprivation of things or at least removal of the guilt of enjoying those forbidden food items in a reasonable fashion in my life; removing the incentive to cheat and crash and continue the cycle of failure and guilt and negativity.
Looking strong is just a plus to being strong and feeling my best after years of misery.. but I’m not mad. Could not do it without you!! I have SO much energy!! I’ only taking a half dose of my fatigue meds. Doing 4 days a week and active recovery days and it’s working great for me. Literally in disbelief. My neurologist is in disbelief. I so appreciate your dedication to sound advice and scientific data that you’ve shared, along with the weekly education we get alongside our workout; the why behind the what; the proper form, the reasons behind the effectiveness or lack thereof. Thanks for plugging away each week, each class, each personal session I attend. I think this lifestyle is something I can potentially buy into for the next 20 or so years or whatever time I have been given and you’ve made it reasonable, attainable, interesting, fun, challenging and rewarding. Kayla is very knowledgeable and makes the time fly by. What I appreciate the most is her ability to suggest modifications to the exercises, so it becomes a more individualized and effective workout.
