Banana Chocolate Chip Overnight Oat Pudding
MAKE THIS RECIPE:
Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl, cover and let rest overnight in fridge (4-8+ hours).
1 mashed banana (semi-ripe, some brown spots work best),
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats,
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla),
1/2 cup milk (your choice, dairy alternatives work)
1 tbsp chia seeds,
1/4 cup chocolate chips,
drizzle of honey, sprinkle of cinnamon, pinch of salt.
