Book a 30 or 60 minute coaching call diving into your eating behaviors, the psychology of your nutrition habits and cravings, and develop a realistic plan for optimized health through the food we eat, and the reasons we eat it. You'll walk away with more insight into WHY you eat certain foods, the grace to be honest and know that all food fits and nothing is completely "off-limits." We work to uncover deep truths regarding your beliefs around food and nutrition and how those are impacting your behaviors and quality of life. Walk away with realistic goals to improve your nutrition, reduce stress around food, and heal your relationship with food while still getting to your physique and health goals.
