Each new client and I meet first for a 90 minute initial nutrition counseling call for a full intake of relevant medical history, current lifestyle factors, dieting history, food and nutrition-related thoughts, knowledge, and skill, usual nutritional intake, cultural nutrition, and other considerations.
Biweekly strategy sessions: 45 minute 1:1 nutrition counseling video calls every other week (via Google Meet)
+ weekly check-in forms & open DMs with your coach so you are always supported (via app)
