Jessica was the first one "in" on this group. As much as I'm now heartbroken to have to do this without her, it feels even more important now. As the "helpers", we must first fill our own cups, and if we want to make our communities healthier, we must first THRIVE ourselves. Jess will be forever loved. RIP.
