We're going to flush out the bad habits, negative food spirals, binging, and toxic sludge holding you back. Within my detox protocols, we take a look at hydration, alcohol, caffeine, sodas - all which can impact your fat loss results.

We enjoy our food while still losing fat. My Meal Map makes it easier to choose nutritious and delicious meals. We audit our intakes AND we learn how to eat without having to be religious about counting macros.

We dial in your walking, exercise, and sleep routines. We continue learning through the Fat Loss audio series and other resources, and we focus on ourselves - this is OUR life.
