Which service is right for me?
My 1:1 Health Coaching Mentorship is ideal for those who need a comprehensive nutrition and fitness plan, individual and personalized attention, weekly accountability, 3 initial in-person (or virtual) fitness sessions to learn proper exercise form, and nutrition counseling throughout. This program is 12 weeks.
Train with Kayla is my signature online program, where you will be following along inside my app with weekly workouts that I've already written for the program. Within the app, you'll receive access to the nutrition tracker if you'd like to use it. I send weekly emails for further education throughout the program as well. You still have direct support from me as needed!
Classes are conducted in my private studio in Bozeman, Montana. Sessions are small groups of up to 4, may be co-ed, and great for those who want to train with me in person, learn how to strength train, work your core and improve general conditioning, and develop a sense of community with those working alongside you. I no longer offer 1:1 personal training sessions outside of the initial 3 in my Health Mentorship.
Nutrition Counseling is a virtual service where we work closely together to help foster a better relationship with food, get you out of a yo-yo cycle, learn which "diet" strategy will work best for you, work to improve our health from the inside-out, and reduce the stress associated with eating.

I want to ensure you're the right candidate for my programs, and my programs would be right for you and your goals. My application gets the process started, so I can gather as much information as I can about you before we talk more about working together.

THE WORKOUT SPACE
A private studio is ideal for those looking to have an elevated, boutique experience free of distractions and random gym-goers, where you can focus on accomplishing your goals and crushing your workouts!
*The studio is shared with independent massage therapists who work upstairs, and occasionally the chiropractic employees next door will be seen passing through, but I am the only one training in the workout space.
Do you have child care available?
I do not have anyone else here to watch your child, but please feel free to bring appropriately-behaved children to the studio! I have some building blocks/toys and books for children to enjoy.
Or, set up your own play pin for your baby while we train, or wear them in a carrier on your body. It's great for children to see their parents working out and enjoying exercising! It's a small studio, and you will be able to keep a full eye on your child at all times.
We will handle "distractions" accordingly - you do not have to choose between being fit AND being a parent. I have had clients bring school-aged children and they are able to do homework or (safely) try bodyweight exercises with mom/dad!
This is not typically advised for every session, but I never want lack of childcare to be a reason you can't make your session ;)
